Odyssey Bench Mat

Amazing product. Definintely makes a difference and would highly recommend for anyone who has a hard time with mainting tension on slippery benches!

I like the product a lot, I can see how it would be useful but sadly my technique is not right so the difference I notice is small but noticeable. If I used more leg drive I can see how this may can serve a greater purpose for all lifters, I recommend it if you’re a power lifter!

Honestly I was a little sceptical about bench mats. But this one actually helped increase my bench press. Super clean look & high quality too.
