Out happily working in the yard 73° while others were complaining about the heat. Not me! 5 minute soak, spread, then 15 minute sit and I was thoroughly satisfied for at least 3.5 hours before I remembered that I was wearing it. Wish there were different colors but the rep only had blue in her display. That's fine I bought two. Yes I recommend this simple but fantastic product.
