While i would love to support this product and this company The product shipped with faulty parts And mislabelled parts Mecrob have sent me messages on social media advising the parts were missing (not faulty) and if i had the parts to continue my build As i had the parts i started the build only to find out 2-3 days in through email that the parts were actually faulty I will now have to take the build apart and start again I have requested instead a replacement to the product and that i would ship this one back however mecrob have chosen to ignore that request in several emails If you are to purchase from mecrob and THEY supply faulty products then expect to be lied to and gaslit and for them to try to hid behind policy that if you open the box you can not replace the item. Even though their policy advises you to open the box Mecrob do better I really wish i could add screenshots

Received my Noctivane today. Well worth the wait ! While taking inventory of pieces I could tell this is going to be a fun exciting challenging project. hats off to the mecrob team.
