A Must Have!
After purchasing the trap without this stand it didn't get installed instead just sat at the back door waiting patiently. ordered the stand and had it installed within minutes and had 4 mice by the end of the week. Highly recommended around the farm!

Never catches rats or mice
I've placed this in multiple places where I see rat activity. I've used the pouch of pre-bait lure. I've used gloves so that my scent isn't there. I've removed other food sources. I've used different food sources (peanut butter, chocolate, seeds, etc) as bait.
Not a single kill in months. And yet rats still scamper past.
