Autograph Authentication

The authentication process was fine, but the return packaging was unacceptable. I carefully bubble wrapped every item before shipping because they were expensive collectibles. They returned them without any bubble wrap, which resulted in one of my protective cases being cracked. Now I have to spend another $30 to replace it. When customers pay for authentication of valuable items, proper return packaging should be a basic part of the service.

Peoduct came back to me but had issues with tracking my deliveries once it had been delivered to main office in uk, when someone did finally get back to me it was a relief, would use again though
