Ordered 2+ weeks ago and still have not received the item - but the customer service has been great
I love Cuyana's bags, which is why I finally ordered this strap after owning the relevant bag for several year.s Unfortunately, I ordered this strap over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the item. I've reached out to customer service and was told it would be reshipped - they've been really helpful and hopefully I'll receive my item soon.
