Terrific Fall Arugula
I planted a couple of rows of Uber for the fall as a trial. Uber is quick growing, tender and very tasty. I am on my third cutting and it looks like it will be good for two more as the sun slowly fades in to the Persephone period of growing cycle. Uber looks like my fall arugula going forward, and I will certainly give it a try in the early spring. A true keeper.

Spicy
Love the arugula! Grows well and tolerates very cool temperatures.

Tender spice
This is my first year growing Uber in my home garden. They came up quickly and the taste is spicy and not too hot but deliciously peppery and with a tender bite.
