Been taking for ~22 days after trailing beauty pie’s version. Less green tea in these so don’t struggle to fall asleep, but they have a less noticeable impact on sugar cravings and food noise. Not totally convinced.

Have been using it for 3 months now and it definitely works when it comes to reducing cravings. I also get an instant surge of energy after taking it. Was hoping it would help with weight loss but it helped more with maintaining my weight.
