Tiny Circle Initial Necklace

The necklace was fine, but I did not realize that additional letters cannot be added after it is made. When I realized this, I requested a return which was declined. They did offer a discount on a purchase of another necklace, but since this style did not work for me I ended up just being out the money and with a necklace that is collecting dust. Very unpleased with the customer service and return policy.

Very nice. Was a bit worried about quality with the very reasonable price. Now that i have it, it's great. My wife loves it. Hasn't taken it off.
