volca sample 2

This product doesn't appear to be what I was led to believe it was before purchase. The instructions make no sense, I can find no guide to help me, and the korg videos online are just someone vaguely and hurriedly demo-ing like I already know how to the device. Despite my previous use of sequencers, I can make no sense of this one. I feel like I have been bait-and-switched as it can't do the things I was under the impression it could do. I'm very disappointed and unhappy with my purchase.

The volca sample 2 is a fun machine. Its easy to be creative with. My issue is the software. If you’re hoping to load custom sounds and samples onto this you should just look elsewhere. The software is one big headache and barely ever works. I uploaded my custom sounds to the sample 2 via the librarian software (without deleting anything) and when i tried to use the volca sample 2, all the sounds besides 6 were left. So after 20+ pc restarts, reinsralling the software, re converting files, googling, customer support, etc. I can proudly say instead of gaining new sounds to use on my sample 2, i lost sounds to use on the sample 2. If you just want to play with stock sounds this is perfect for you. But good luck otherwise.
