I actually tried to delay the last auto shipment, which your advertising said i could do.. unfortunately my request was ignored. Only 2 adults using the shower and we travel a lot, so don't need the frequency of changing the shower. Would like to totally SKIP the next scheduled delivery. The one in 6 months should be ok. If this is not acknowledged I will cancel the ongoing order entirely.

a subscription i dont mind. Love the ahowerhead and the restocking of filters at a good cost when factoring the overall intended goods (sking hait erc)
