Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree

I’ve written at least two emails starting upon delivery of my three plants. I included pictures that show problems with two of the three: the fiddle lead fig and the money tree. Fuddke leaf had dark brown stalk and growth (unhealthy) and tbe money tree had several leaves that were milky gray, which by tbe way is spreading. The other plant is fine. Please tell me the process of a refund or replacement and please tespond this time. Thank you!
