Custom Bulk Bracelets

Once received, the bracelets were as ordered. My main issue was the customer service and lack thereof. I ordered the bulk order 6 weeks and 5 days prior to our fundraising event. I contacted customer service at five weeks and six weeks to see if they could track the order so we could receive it on time for our event or if I could somehow expedite shipping so we could receive it for the event. They lacked to assist in any way to ensure the product was delivered on time, so we didn't receive the order until after our event. Without wasting more of my time on this, my final review would be that the product was good, customer service was not. If you order bulk, order at least 8 weeks prior to when you need the product.

A custom bracelets are beautiful and made precisely according to my specifications. I’m very happy with them.
