My daughter moved into her new condo apartment while away at school. It’s comfy but open, bright and very modern. A signature scent was the finishing touch I needed to complete the decor. I just visited and she has it on her island and it compliments the space with an upscale clean scent. The simple yet stylish design compliments the countertop. There was a mishap on the delivery but customer service worked with us and redeliveref at no extra cost. Receiving the luxury level of customer care was phenomenal. Amazing product paired with top-tier service. Kudos!

The GOAT of Fragrance

I usually do not buy anything fragranced without smelling it in person first - been burned too many times! On a whim (and after following HLC on socials for a while) I ordered the Signature diffuser. Blown away!!! Not only was the scent amazing, but the amount of product you get is truly insane. 9 times out of 10 we're being bamboozled by trendy brands and paying a lot of money for a little product. Not HLC!! The quality of the packaging is also *chef's kiss.* Looks fab on your countertops. Riding this high, I purchased the Miami diffuser during the Labor Day sale with the intention of putting it in a guest bath. Needless to say, it smells incredible, is now in my bathroom, and adds the perfect touch of luxury to what can be mundane mornings/evenings. With the extra refill it's going to last me so long, too! I'm now fully converted to Hotel Lobby everything and will be branching out to the candles. A forever customer!!
