The strap is comfortable and stays on my shoulders. I have an Optech shoulder harness, but when I just need to carry around one body, a couple of quick snaps and I can move from one carry system to the other. I plan on buying at leas on more for my long glass.

Favorite for years..
By far not the first Op/Tech strap I've had, just the most recent! Through mountaineering, travel, film cameras to now "full-frame" DSLRs, they quickly prove their advantages in comfort, adaptability and convenience. Thanks again - still a fan! (And go PNW...)
