Pulled as espresso, it’s smooth and chocolatey up front, then sneaks in a little caramel sweetness before that raspberry note shows up like, “hey, I brought some personality.” Not overpowering—just enough to keep things interesting. Also tried it as pour over because I have no self-control, and it still held up beautifully. Turns out this isn’t just an espresso one-trick pony. I don’t know what kind of international summit happened between Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Brazil, but the result is very productive. 5/5 — complex, balanced, and officially part of my daily routine now.
