Ordered August 25th and emailed the company about the subscription it apparently signed me up for got that canceled but they ignored my request to cancel the full order (mind you I contactedthem the same day). After back and forth of emails they said they would refund me after I returned the package at my expense. Seeing the reviews I am now not surprised at the lack of professionalism on the company's part. My package that was "already on the way" had not been updated in over 2 weeks and it now finally shows out for delivery. My review on the product I feel will be just as unsatisfactory...

It will lick you, not the round head, but the other one. I got mine a couple of months ago and now it all of a sudden won’t charge after charging every time no problem… Worked great when I could use it as long as I was careful, but suddenly stopped working and I’m not spending another $30 on it.

I haven’t been the most impressed with the service or product. It took forever to ship. Once I emailed asking how much longer it showed up two days later. Then I didn’t receive the free promotional charging base. When I asked about it I was told “it’s limited and as supplies last” which I can understand, but then don’t include it in the shipping list and send a notification. Then I used it for thr 1st time and it seems like the battery died very quickly. Just not impressed overall and I was really lookinv forward to it.
