Shower Head Replacement Nozzles

Back in March of 2024, we purchased two of the 1-Spray Handheld Shower Head Sets. Seems the Southern Arizona water has a substantial amount of iron and copper in the water as well as some limestone. One of the shower heads is in the 'guest bathroom' while the other is ours ... and ours get used two or three times per day. After two years, the little rubber or silicone nozzle things got a bit plugged in spite of me flipping them now and then, and were spraying all over the place. An email to the Hammerheads along with a picture and without an argument, they honored the Lifetime Warranty and within a week or so, I received a package in the mail with new little nozzle things. Replacing them was non technical ... and now the spray pattern is back to factory specs ... that means it sprays on us, not the walls. Please note that this problem is a result of our water and not a design defect ... and it did not happen until over two YEARS after purchasing them. Sure, they are more expensive than the plastic Walmart shower heads, but they work, are guaranteed for life and I don't have to replace them every year. Spend the money and get what you pay for.

Way to install once I watched the video. You actually sent a second set too! They will last a long time.

Great product and great service team. Had a noozle piece get pulled out by the kids and got lost. With a quick delivery this was a simple fix.
