I am very impressed with this straightening system after switching from the Wella Creatine system - which I still also recommend. Although having very curly hair, I used the 'cold smoothing' process - since my objective is reducing curl and frizz, rather than a pin straight result which can sometimes look too flat. I found the Matrix most effective - and it felt very gentle on both hair and scalp. I especially like the included pre and post treatments which seemed really nourishing. My only criticism would be the much smaller sized bottles of the treatments, compared to the really large size of the straightening creme. However I will still be able to get another use, with lots of straightening creme left over. As always, THANKS! to the Hair Supply Direct team and their consistent exemplary customer service. 😘
