I lost my Y-strap while traveling. Gen walked me through the tradeoffs of replacing my old one with the newer generation and I prefer my older style. He shipped it out and I had it by the end of the week. Honestly this is a product I have a relationship with. It’s in my top 5 things in my life and I even bring it up in product design sessions because I love it so much.
