For permanent mounting, much sweeter than the handlebar mount

I just prefer to have the light mounted on the front fork. Pops on and off easily for charging and safe keeping. Leaves my handlebars free and clear for other gear.

But I bended and it worked great.

Great little doodad

I was looking for a way to mount my front light now that I have a loaf-sized handlebar bag that blocks the usual mount on the bars. This little doodad works great, BUT as others have said - it does not come with hardware! Not sure why as that would be a slam dunk. I went to the hardware store and purchased about $0.87 worth of goods - a stainless bolt, stainless fender washer, and a rubber washer to reduce vibration (I didn't want to use Loctite). Note, this does NOT work with NiteRider lights - ask me how I know (cry).
