Outstanding product! I feel very comfortable that no one but me can access my weapon. I am so happy with this safe. I actually have four of them!

I absolutely love my 2019 LifePod. When I had a need for another portable lockbox I immediately purchased another LifePod 10 (two of them actually).
I have to say I don’t care for the current version. It comes with half the foam, which means my Smith and Wesson Bodyguard Comp 2.0 rattles around in the box. The foam that was in the lid on the original version has been replaced with a card and AirTag holder made from scratchy material.
The bigger issue is there’s no longer a carry strap, not even as an add on accessory. The lack of a carry strap greatly reduces the portability of the box. I’m unable to grip it one handed so the only way I can carry something in my other hand is if I put the lockbox inside a backpack or the like. In addition, unlike the original version, I am unable to quickly pull the box out from where I keep it stashed for quick access. I end up pushing it further from my reach instead.
Because the build quality is good and it serves well enough as a lockbox I’m not going to return it, but I won’t be buying another one either.
