Quick Out Front Handlebar Bracket

Hard to read except in sunlight

Overall, it's great having a small, relatively cheap, cycling computer. I don't have much need for GPS, the battery lasts a long time, and I can park in NYC without worrying about getting some expensive gadget stolen if I forget to take it with me. Even better, the quick is easy to detach if I am worried about it. That being said, I'm disappointed in the readability of the display. It's hard to read the numbers except in broad daylight. I knew there was no backlight, but I didn't think that would mean I could barely read the display when I'm indoors. If the quick did not use the inverted black background style display, I suspect it would be much easier to read, and perfect for my uses. Also note that the display is very slow to respond in cold weather. That's just the nature of LCDs, so not really a problem with this unit.

I LIKE the Cat Eye Quick!

The Quick is easy to set-up (with the included good instructions) and use. It must be visually appealing because other riders are curious about the little popsicle which simply offers all the ride data I need. Not sure if the white digits on black screen is the best choice.
