Fantastic Customer Service and Assistance!
I had called NeoTech because I had been gifted part of what I thought was a euphonium holster, but it had clips instead of the quick-release doohickeys (it was actually part of a tuba harness!). I called to see if there was something I could use between the shoulder harness and the cradle for the euphonium. The gentleman I spoke with listened patiently, and then suggested something from there line of camera accessories -- and they worked perfectly! (He could have said that 'No, I'd need to purchase a euphonium shoulder harness'. ) I really appreciate the customer service I received from him. NOTE: I'm primarily a woodwind player and have NeoTech straps for my tenor and bari saxes, but I have to admit that I prefer my thick leather seat strap for my bassoon!
