Great products but watch the auto ship

While I love my Autobrush and use it as part of my overall oral hygiene, I had a serious issue with auto ship. They come too often and even though I asked to skip one, it was delivered and I was charged for it. I cancelled the auto ship but will continue to order when needed.

This toothbrush might not be ideal for younger children with sensitive gums. My child’s gums bleed, so I contacted customer service. They advised me to consult my child’s dentist, which I did, but they couldn’t identify the issue. My intention was to avoid brushing his teeth myself and reach all the sides. Unfortunately, it wasn’t suitable for us because he bled and cried due to the discomfort caused by the brush. Buy the guarantee fell through, paid for the brush and my subscription did not get canceled so now I’m out of pocket on a tooth brush that I’m not even using.

Grimey build up?

First, I'd like to say my 4- year- old daughter loves her 🦄 unicorn auto brush. She can brush her teeth independently now. However, I noticed after a month of having the brush and cleaning and rinsing after every use, there was a grimey build up starting on the innermost bristles of the brush where her front teeth would be. 😳 I had to take her old tooth brush and some rubbing alcohol to the bristles and silicone to clean it out. After that she said it just tasted bad and I replaced it with a new brush. Also, after 2 weeks the foam toothpaste doesn't want to foam up as much and is watery. Could be the batch I got. 🤔 We had to pump in on both sides several pumps so she could fully clean all her teeth. Overall; awesome device for giving her the autonomy of being able to brush her own teeth successfully 😁 easy-to-use, and easy to charge.
