Bad customer support and replace/return policy

Bad - very bad! I bought two sets and one of the bear’s zipper was defective so I started a refund process through the website because there’s no way of calling anyone - no number anywhere. The return policy requires that I take a hit and lose what I saved on the discount to cover their delivery or just exchange the item which I decided to do. I first had to return the items (bear and outfit) before I could qualify for an exchange - I utilized the return mailing label provided and didn’t hear back from anyone for about a month, which was a few days ago. They refunded me and it wasn’t the fully refunded either - I was shorted on the unit price, as I described above, and was not credited for an bear outfit that I returned as well. I’ve been emailing customer support and no one is responded and I cannot find a number anywhere to reach out to them - Very frustrating! I bought the bears for two granddaughters and the one granddaughter that had her bear was sad about losing her bear and I promised that I would replace it short order, but now I’m looking like a complete flake.

I gifted my niece and nephew a zippy bear with matching pajamas . They loved them! I will be purchasing more sets
