This tool did not leave my hands once I entered active labour. I finally let go once my beautiful baby was born. Great tool to try that might help you too!

Chef’s Kiss!

These are AMAZING. So easy to hold. I kept these in my hands, or rolled one in between my hand and they were a HUGE support. I didn’t even use them for half the things I thought I would because just squeezing and rolling was it and a bit.

Weapon alright!

These balls (plus my trusty tens) got me through an induced labour without pain medication. The ball shape allowed me to crawl around/rock on hands knees whilst using and as an added bonus were perfect for throwing at anyone interrupting my flow during transition! Epic. Love!
