The X4 Pro arrived as advertised—very well packed and in perfect condition. The guitar plays nicely and has very cool features. I am still experimenting with it around the house, but I plan on using it at live gigs soon. I perform 5 times per week outside at various resort locations in 80 degree plus temps with humid conditions, and this will hopefully be a great instrument for that! I would recommend this guitar to others at this point. So far I am very satisfied.

Why don't you guys figure out a connection that allows the player to charge his guitar while it's in the case. Seems like a simple thing that would protect the instrument... And I don't think this guitar will tune up to EADGBE without popping strings. Best I can do is C top and bottom.

love the sound of the acoustic guitar, the built in tuning is awesome. and the effects are great. In addition - customer service was top notch! thanks!!!
