Wrong replacement suit coat x 2

This the second suit sent to correct the long sleeves. The original suit fit fine BUT the sleeves were to long. I requested that the replacement suit jacket have the sleeves 1" SHORTER. The replacement suit jacket arrived in a timely manner BUT the Sleeves were 1" LONGER than the original suit coat. I contacted The Black Tux by phone and explained the situation and asked again a replacement Suit coat with sleeves 1" Shorter compared to the original suit coat. The suit coat arrived yesterday and I tried on the suit coat and the sleeves are now 2" longer than the original suit coat that was ordered. I do not want yet another one sent as the wedding is now to close for another suit coat to be sent. I would prefer to have a credit to my rental bill as I will be at my son's wedding with a poorly fitting suit coat.

Sizing was wrong and clothes smelled

I’ve gotten smaller since last time I used your service and the sizing was very small this time around. The clothes also didn’t smell their best.

The jacket sleeves were a little long. I submitted a request for replacement and the jacket arrived a couple of day later. The process was easy and the jacket looked great!
