Everything about the boots are fantastic, they look great, fantastic quality and My wife loves them!(Christmas present) My only complaint was I ordered the wrong size and the exchange process was difficult to get the right size. I ended up having to place another order instead of doing an exchange and also had to pay $12 in shipping for a return. . .
