Its not about the product, its the company. Customer service is non existant. The products shipped too late, it was not even shipped for 7 days even the shipping barcode was created. They never return your e mails!!

Battery life is low 🫤
This is a great product for when you don’t have time to run out and get a thorough facial, and for in btwn appointment maintenance. My skin glows after use, but it doesn’t replace your thorough facial treatment. I had to remove two stars bc the battery runs out so quickly, I have to charge it after every use. Which, I don’t particularly like as the recommendation is to use 2-3x weekly.
