I’m extremely disappointed with my JosephT PIA Black shoes. I had high expectations because I’ve owned JosephT boots before and loved them, but this pair arrived with serious quality issues. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed two large nails protruding from the sole, which is completely unacceptable and a major safety hazard. The sole was also not glued properly, and the pasting was already coming apart. Unfortunately, I wore the shoes before realizing how serious the problem was, and the exposed nails injured my feet. No customer should have to experience this from a premium brand. This clearly reflects poor quality control and inspection. I expected much better from JosephT. I hope the company takes this issue seriously, improves its manufacturing and quality checks, and resolves this matter for affected customers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this pair.

Couple of weeks of use, pretty awesome so far, leather looks very good quality it’s creasing nicely. Thanks
