Pepperjack Wedge

There is not a single Darë cheese that I don’t like, and the Pepperjack is no exception. It goes on or in everything, but I especially like it in Mac and Cheese, and over vegetables.

Tasty without being too spicey!

Creamy, mild heat that builds slowly, and good melt for sandwiches or burgers. Flavor is balanced but not too strong.
