great coferment
This is my first co-ferment from Valor, and it is a pleasant, fruity taste. The watermelon taste is clear, fresh, and surprisingly good for a non-summer co-ferment.

My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed this as pour over and espresso. Tasting notes were on point!
