Customer service at its best

I love the extra battery life it provides for my phone but I love the customer service even more! I briefly explained the problem I had and they promptly responded with concern and promptly fixed the issue. I am a customer for life.!

Replacement Order

Kudos to Rush Charge for quickly replacing the original Universe I ordered. There was a minor glitch with one of the cap covers. Unfortunately, the original color I ordered was no longer available. I selected a red replacement, but received a pink one instead. No problem! The item works flawlessly.
