Proofing Baskets

Exactly the baskets I wanted - the baskets are sturdy and feel great. I didn’t want the straw/wood baskets because I don’t like how they sound and feel, so these cotton ones are just what I had in mind.

Definite improvement from what I had.

Worked great for me! Easier to manipulate than the rattan I tried before and no chemical smell like most amazon sourdough products.
