So far, they are “meh”. I can’t tell if they are making a difference.
I have had these shoes about 25 days and haven’t noticed an improvement in my feet, though they’re pretty comfortable. I’m glad i have 91 days to decide, so am writing this to say thank you to Kuru for that. I am hopeful they will give me relief for Achilles tendinitis.

Please make these in a wide
This is the one rare sneaker I can find that works for my severe over probation (and I have tried A LOT of sneakers from all brands including Kuru). I am a woman and usually wear size 8.5 but tried the men’s 7 to see if they would be a wider toe box. They are not. Please please make this shoe with a wide option for foot and toe box.

Landscaper, Groundskeeper, Property Maintenance
After years of long, demanding days in landscaping, I finally found a shoe that actually keeps up with the job. I switched to KURU, and it completely changed how my feet feel at the end of the day. The support is on another level—especially in the heel, which used to be my biggest problem area. I went from dealing with constant soreness and swelling one season to being able to work full days without even thinking about my feet. What stands out most is the comfort and reliability. These shoes hold up through everything—wet grass, uneven terrain, long hours on my feet—and still provide consistent support. There’s no break-in struggle, no mid-season fatigue in the soles—just dependable performance every day. As someone who works outdoors year-round, having footwear that protects your feet isn’t optional, it’s essential. At this point, they’re my only go-to for intense work. If you’re on your feet all day and serious about keeping them healthy, KURU is the way to go.
