Best Bag with the Best Customer Service
This bag is as gorgeous as it is functional! I work in finance and travel quite a bit for work. I have been searching for a backpack/tote bag that can fit my laptop, water bottle, lunch, and a change of shoes. I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS TOTE. I used it as a backpack to commute to my most recent conference, then easily switched it to a tote that looks more professional to bounce between meetings all day. Also, my original delivery was stolen from my doorstep, which was not Kreya's fault, but they delivered a replacement package in under 3 days while supporting me in filing a claim. Could not say enough good things about both the brand and the products. This is a must-buy for anyone who wants to be both stylish and comfortable.
