Superior U-bolts
I was in need of U-bolts for a project of mine. I had two options. Drill the tube on my bike and thru bolt it, or use U-bolts. I chose to use U-bolts. Now garden variety bolts will rust/corrode. Stainless is better. And better yet, the flattened (I forget the proper term!) top U-bolts. When I made my brackets the spacing was perfect. The legs of the U-bolts were definitely parallel to one another. And a few moments on my buffer wheel polished them up nicely! Some times appearance matters, and these do the trick!
