I received the item, and after opening the package, I noticed it came with an American plug instead of an EU plug. I’m very disappointed and not happy with this at all. If you are send to EU customers, you should add the EU adapter in the package. If I buy electronics from UK, there is always an adapter for the product included. It’s shame that the user has to buy the adapter. Emailed customer service and awaiting for response!

Esperaba mas del producto, me sigo quedando con la plancha ,quizas para un cabello tipo 2C maximo estaria bien pero para unos rizos mas pronunciado le queda bastante corta, bien trabajado los videos de publicidad que muestran que con una sola pasada ya queda liso e incluso con un cabello rizado pero no es cierto, minimos unas 10 pasadas para que pueda bajan el volumen
