Accidentally fat fingered the wrong size and wasnt able to undo it even though I contacted them immediately after (within minutes) so the wrong size was sent and I have to do an exchenge for the correct one. Not sure if it couldnt be undone because of this sercice or not. Even though it was initially my fault, it would seem to be easier to catch it before it shipped.
