Thoughtful reflection prompts. Might be more useful for younger people or people who have not ever contemplated their eating habits. I am in my upper 60’s and have been at this for a while.

Amazing book!
It is clear that so much time and love has gone into writing this book! It's beautiful and makes mindful eating so much easier. I just started getting stomach issues and my gastro recommended keeping a food journal, and this has made it much easier.
