Don't know how they work...so much b.s. on the market...they work..if I go a couple of days without one I can definitely tell a difference.The only thing I wish...the adhesive was better..I am a landscaper and I am super active these start to peel pretty quick..in the summer time in Fla I probably will not be able to keep one on.

I don't use these as often as the sleep or pain patches but they do seem to do the job of keeping me calm. So far I like all the patches I have tried.
