Marinor - Rainbow

So glad I got this watch after missing it when first released. Unfortunately I'm going to have to wait for a further release as my wife wears it all the time. The hardened steel case and bracelet will prove its worth as she's less sympathetic to watches working in a primary school. My only wish is that the bracelet links were more contoured/less flat, but that's easily changed for a nice FKM waffle or Tropic strap complementing the dial colours.

New Rainbow marinor

I think this is my new favorite watch out of 15+ microbrand watches. I had been waiting for this watch to restock for 2-3 months, and yet somehow the dial is even more attractive than I expected. Although the dial is very colorful and the colors themselves are very bright, the contrasting black portions of the dial balance it very well and prevents it from being gaudy at all. The bezel has a nice vintage feel and satisfying clicks. I like the countdown bezel personally, as i don’t scuba dive and i think it makes more sense for daily wear. The bracelet is the first one I’ve ever kept on the watch, as I am way more of a strap person, generally leather or FMK tropic in the summer. I initially thought i was going to put this on a rubber when I purchased it, but the bracelet is so comfortable, attractive and easy to adjust that I have no reason to change it out. I don’t have a timegrapher to tell you exactly how accurate it is, but its plenty accurate for me for daily wear. The movement is silent as well. I could not be happier with this watch and would buy again 10/10 times.

Love the quality feel and everything is even better in person than the pictures. Thank you for making the strap adjustable and making it easy to switch and including the tool. Will be buying more from you. It’s also accurate.
