General review
I really enjoy using them for warm ups/cool downs! Good quality. Wish they came out with a stronger tensile option in the future. Overall happy with the product!

Decent
I've been using the bands for about 3 weeks now. I found the bands to be of decent quality for the price. I thought that the grips were a bit flimsy and thin. The rope itself wasn't as thick as I was expecting it to be. The bands definitely help with practicing entries but the thin rope doesn't offer much in terms of strength training. And the rope ripped on me after 3 weeks of usage.
