First time trying this and just purchased the little single packages. They mix so well in orange juice in the morning and no strong taste! 14 year old approved!

I love the Brain On as being a special concentrate of AFA. I would love to see more studies on exactly how it works and what it does on a cellular basis and how AFA in general enhances the metabolism.
