I've been using, and sometimes making, vitamin C serums for over a decade. This one is the gold standard IMO. It uses the optimum ingredients and formulation as currently understood and doesn't add anything exteaneous. When it arrives, it's perfectly clear. On my previous bottle, I made note of the date I opened it. I used about 95% of it, then completely forgot about it in the fridge. When I remembered it existed, it had been open at least five months. When I checked the liquid, it had only oxidized to a very pale yellow. Often when you buy vitamin C serum in a store, it STARTS at that level of oxidation. Absolutely top tier product. Pinnacle of C serums.

Wanted to love it

To start, ordering and delivery were perfect, vial was in tact, had good light/almost translucent color to the liquid. I wanted to love it. I tried it for several days and really started to see effects after two days (using once in the AM before moisturizer and sunscreen). Unfortunately I think the issue is my skin or maybe the overall percentage of vitamin C. I started a really bad breakout. I stopped the serum for a week and my face cleared up. As soon as I started it again, the breakout came back. I have no complaints about the product at all or my experience with the company but it seems like either my skin is too sensitive or maybe I need a lower percentage of vitamin c.

This is such a great vitamin c! It’s gentle and my skin didn’t get irritated at all. The texture is milky and just all around wonderful!
