Top doesn’t fit too small returning

Gorgeous top. Not made for large busts. I got the 2x top but would have preferred a wider band. For reference I am a 38DDD and still needed more support.

I am so disappointed with MBM’s return policy and customer service. I ordered 3 items, all of which were too small. I wanted to exchange for a bigger size, and I was told there is a $17 return shipping fee for USPS. I had to pay to print the label, wait in line for 20 mins at the post office during work hours because MBM needs a receipt to process your return, and pay for tape at USPS because they charge for tape now. You would think in 2024 returns would be so simple, since most companies offer simple, easy, free returns now. After all of this hassle, I requested a refund instead of an exchange because I didn’t to go through the hassle of a USPS return again, and they informed me there would be a $3 restocking fee per item. Are you kidding? They impose fees in every way possible. The suits are already so expensive as is. I spent $240 on three SALE items, only to spend over $25 more to return items that were outrageously small. This is advertised as a plus size friendly company. I’m not even plus sized, but I still needed an xxl. Save your money unless you have money and time to waste. Enjoy the post office :)
