better than average - just not right for me

I love the concept of the 0-4 Reactiv lenses. They're perfect for hiking and mountain biking when you're in and out of the woods and shade. Not a big fan of the red tint though as they throw a color cast. I wanted to use them while working as a professional photographer but the colors on my camera's monitor do not appear true when they're on. Cool idea on the vents but they still fog up while mountain biking. Glad the shields are removable. I don't really have a need for them and they throw off the nice lines of the frames. Lastly, and this might be a me issue, but I think they sit too close to my face. I can feel my eyelashes rubbing on the lenses which I find annoying.

I’m trying really hard to like these sunglasses

I’m trying hard to like these glasses. The lenses are great for high contrast events i.e. hiking, biking, driving in low light conditions, even like the lenses for fishing. But I’m still struggling a bit with the fit. But maybe this is the way a pair of mountain glasses are intended to for. For me, the fit feels awkward in that the bottom of the frame contacts my face. It definitely keeps anything from coming into the space between the glasses and my face and I’ve only had some minor fogging issues. The real proof for me will be when backcountry skiing this coming winter and seeing how they perform in wintry conditions.

Great but my face

The viewing is great, the frames are not in my way. Though with how my face and nose are shaped it doesn’t look right. My eyeballs are at the top of the frame and then there is a LOT of lens underneath. It looks very nerdy when they haven’t transitioned to bright lights. When they are dark they are better looking. Overall I feel like I look like an overweight 80’s single dad at the bowling alley (in the 80’s). This is just my opinion on how they look on me and my face. The build quality, viewing, everything else is absolutely perfect.
