Great customer service
The base of my electric kettle stopped working when it was still under warranty. I reached out to customer service and received a new base very quickly. The service reps were exceptionally helpful and i now have a working pot (which i love, btw.)

Only good with warranty
I am on my 4th base. Works great until it doesn't, so far Saki has sent a replacement every time it stops working.
