Faulty

I bought this to replace a base that became faulty after 2 years and it arrived faulty & has to be sent back.

Great customer service

The base of my electric kettle stopped working when it was still under warranty. I reached out to customer service and received a new base very quickly. The service reps were exceptionally helpful and i now have a working pot (which i love, btw.)
